Time for a Change

I think I'm going to create a new blog. This one was never "it" for me. Just sort of a momentary collection of random bits. Even the name. It was the first thing I came up with that wasn't taken. I must've tried 30 different things before I got to Lentil's Game. (It's a convolution of Ender's Game, a book I love, and Lentil, an in-utero nickname for my now toddler.)

So as one of my final L-G acts, I am writing a post as extra entries for someone else's blog giveaway. Perhaps as a practice run to do my own review blog someday? I don't know.

This is the giveaway: Familylicious reviews This is the prize. Me wantee. And here is why:

Toddler Lentil has recently developed a fixation on washing her hands. Not really washing her hands, not any more than she actually brushes her teeth with her toothbrush. But she likes to run her hands under the water, sometimes employing soap in the process. Our sinks are completely out of her reach. The one step stool we have allows her to reach the edge of the sink but not the faucet. So I either hold her or spot her while she sits on the edge of the sink. It's not a big deal for the moment, but soon enough I'm going to want her to be able to do these things on her own. Safely.

That's where the Little Partners Learning Tower comes in. When I'm ready to my little Lentil fly on her own, I'd love for her to have something like this to keep her safe yet help her reach what she needs. And I like the colors! (I'd choose the blue one)
